• Bags are made to order, please allow 3-4 weeks before shipping. Leathers listed are ready to ship.
• All items are shipped out from Singapore with tracking number unless indicated otherwise inside listing. The parcel is signature-required, someone needs to be at the delivery address to receive the items during the delivery hours. If nobody is there to receive the mail, a notice will be left for you to re-arrange the delivery.

The estimated delivery duration will be available inside the shipping notification email. This estimated duration excludes any random occurrence when parcel were hold-up due to tighter security/custom clearance or duty/tax processing at destination countries.
• SINGAPORE orders : 1-2 business days from shipping date.
• INTERNATIONAL orders : typically 2-4 weeks from shipping date (excluding public holidays) for most countries stated in our product listing.

♥ PACKAGE RETURNED BACK TO SENDER ♥
LeatherAndInk will not be hold responsible if package is returned back to us due to:
- Wrong or Incomplete address stated in Etsy Invoice or Paypal
- The parcel is not been collected at destination country after notice card has been left by postman for collection.
If the above happens, we could refund the items (less 15% restocking fee + original shipping) or resend the items (with additional shipping fee applicable).
We accept payment through major credit cards, Paypal, Apple Pay, and many more.
• For eCheque payment via Paypal, it usually takes about 6-8 days for Paypal to clear the cheque. We will wait until cheque is cleared and actual payment is received before order processing (made to order takes 3-4 weeks after payment received).

Returns & exchanges
** You must email us for RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number & instructions before return the item. No Refunds or Exchanges without Notice. Any Returning Package without RMA Number will be rejected. **

It's important that you're happy with our product. If for some reason you're not, we'll be glad to provide refund or exchange of another item.
The Refund is for item's price (less 15% restocking fee and postal expenses for original and return shipping fee).
NOTE: Kindly note that due to the unique characteristics of genuine leather, it is expected to have some variations in color, texture, and grains from the picture shown in the listing. Each piece of leather and bag is unique and one of a kind as no two are exactly alike.
♥ DAMAGED/FAULTY/WRONG ITEMS: ♥
If for some reason you've received faulty/damaged/wrong item, please take pictures capturing the faulty/damaged/wrong item and email to us, we will analyze prior to exchange/refund. We'll request for the damaged items to be returned to us for refund.
It is highly recommended to send the returned items via registered airmail. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage due to delivery.
To request for a refund/exchange, please notify us within 3 days of receipt of item. We will then assign RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and the return shipping instructions to you. We will only issue the refund once we received back the returned items.
