Depending on the weight of the item listed, initial and additional shipping costs will vary upon the approximate weight.
Initial shipping costs pay for shipping, handling and all materials used in order to ship. All Domestic packages are shipped with delivery confirmation, which is already adjusted into the initial shipping costs.

If you need it shipped sooner than USPS first class ground within 7 days of your confirmed payment date, please message us. We can have it out the following business day upon request. If you would like it to be shipped priority mail, the fee is $4.00 additional. We can invoice you after you make payment for the original purchase, or message us before purchase so we can set up a reserved listing.
You may pay via paypal or directly from etsy with a credit card. Orders will be mailed only when the payment has cleared.
Sales Tax (7.0%) applies to purchases that are shipped to all of Tennessee - all other states and countries do not have to pay the tax.

Returns & exchanges
Returns and Exchanges are permitted under the following conditions.
Returns/refunds on damaged items expire after 14 days of shipment. Returns of products that you no longer want (that are not damaged) must be made within 14 days of shipment as well.
NO partial returns. If you purchase a set of 12 items you can not return 3 of the 12 items - you must return the product you purchased in the full amount. The only exception would be if the product is damaged.
If you would like to return something within these guide lines, we will either refund you for the cost of the product, exchange the product, or give you store credit for the amount of the product purchased. This will happen when the purchased product has made it back to us. We do not cover shipping costs if you are returning or exchanging something unless it is damaged.
It is your responsibility to request for insurance. Upon the request of insurance, we will send an adjusted invoice for the cost.
* RAW BRASS * will range in color from a bright and shiny yellow gold color to a dark, antique-looking patina. The color of brass varies depending on the amount of zinc present. Please let us know if you would like current pictures of what we have in stock of a particular charm (i.e. state charms may be pictured lighter or darker than what we now have in stock).
Please keep in mind that many of our items are vintage, and very old. A good portion of our products have minor imperfections such as scratches, tarnishing and obvious aging (the extent will be mentioned in the listing). This is a result in how old these items are. If you are not 100% satisfied with the product, please contact us before leaving feedback. I am more than happy to work out an exchange/refund if the product is not what was described. We strive to keep our customers happy!! :)
We do not provide tracking numbers on packages that are being delivered to us by our suppliers - we will only supply tracking numbers on packages that are ship from us to the customer.
