Irene's Creations is happy to ship to another address if requested; otherwise I ship to the address provided by Etsy. Need to ship a gift to a friend or family? I can wrap that up very nicely upon your request, and ship to whoever you specify. Contact me with those details. US orders ship via USPS First Class Mail.
Since all US items are shipped with delivery confirmation via USPS, both buyer and seller can track shipment and delivery. We will not replace or refund items after order has been shipped and/or delivery has been confirmed. If you would like to insure your item(s), please convo us, as there's an additional fee for insurance.

I ship through USPS and I ship fast! I am located right down the street from the post office and make several trips per week.

Customs forms will always state the full amount paid for the merchandise (not including shipping charges). Customs duties may apply upon receipt and are the responsibility of the customer. I cannot be responsible for items lost in the mail. I try to keep shipping costs down by using first class and priority mail shipping to International addresses. Unfortunately, these shipping methods do not include shipment tracking and delivery confirmation services to international addresses. In order to provide these track and confirm services, I need to send your order by registered mail, which I am happy to do at an extra cost. Please ask me to add registered mail shipping to your order if you want protection for items lost in the mail, as I will not otherwise offer refunds or replacements for items lost in the mail. No exceptions!
Payment by either Direct Checkout or by PayPal. I request that your payment be finalized with PayPal within 24 hours of your order. If you are using an E-check with PayPal, 3-5 business days are required before I receive your payment, to then ship your order. .

Additional return information
Refunds and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. Due to the custom nature of my handmade items, returns or exchanges will be made only if the item is majorly misrepresented. I'd like you to be pleased with your order and customer service is very important to me. So please email me with any questions you have. If a refund or exchange is made, the item you would return to me must be in the same new state as when I shipped it to you. Thank you for understanding this. The cost of shipping is not included in a refund.
