Average review
Shipment was on time, as usual for this company. This fabric is fantastic in its brightness, and the little girls in my life are so happy to have dresses made from this. The border is only as long as the length of fabric you order, so if you want a fully gathered skirt, you will want to buy more than one yard for the border to go all around the bottom.
