Excluding weekends & holidays we do our very best to ship orders same / next day.
Domestic Orders: Shipping delays / losses are always a possibility but if the packages tracking does not update for 1 full week contact us and we will reship another package out at no additional cost.
International Orders: Please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery, additionally tracking may not update depending upon the country we're shipping to. Please be aware of your countries customs fees, we are not responsible for any fees imposed by your country upon import.

Order Cancellations: Once an order is placed it immediately begins making its way to shipping. We'll make every effort to stop an order if it's possible but we strive to ship orders out as quickly as possible so you may end up having to return it before we can cancel & refund.
Returns & exchanges
Exchanges / Returns: We hope you'll love your items as much as we do but if not we'll be happy to accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Please only brand new items for return. Upon receipt we will issue a full refund minus our shipping costs.
Before shipping an item back to us, please contact us with:
1. Reason for return or exchange 2. Order number 3. If exchanging, the style number / size of the product that you would like in exchange. Please include a second choice in the event your first choice is not available 4. Your email address along with your shipping address if you are exchanging items.
We will contact you with an RMA number along with the proper return address. Enclose a note with the order number and RMA number with your return.
Defective / Broken Items: In the case of defective items we will replace at our cost (including shipping). If a return is preferred please see return statement above (shipping costs will apply).
