INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Worldwide Shipping is available, however please carefully note the following:
DELIVERY TIMES: All orders would be shipped within 2-3 business days of cleared payment. And depending on your location it would take 1 or 4 weeks for delivery. For UK residents, its normally 2-5 days for delivery. Custom orders will take a bit longer, but you will receive communication as to the time frame.
POSTAGE COSTS & TRACKING/INSURANCE: I try to charge postage cost as low as I can so I send items through Standard Mail (Insurance and tracking is not available). I cannot guarantee safe arrival using this method and cannot also take any liabilities in regards to this option. If you want insurance and traking, please let me know as this can be arranged. Exact additional cost will be messaged to you and it depends on the weight of the item.
CUSTOMS & EXCISE: Although majority of items will be delivered without charge some items might receieve a customs levy depending on your country's rules. You are responsible for all duties, customs, or any other charges imposed by your country above and beyond the Royal Mail postal charges that you already paid at checkout. These may be due when you pick up your package.
Also please note that if your customs or immigration seizes the item, unfortunately, there is nothing I can do. Please ensure that you have received packages from the United Kingdom before.
LOST/UNDELIVERED ITEMS: Please message if your item has not arrived within the expected delivery time. I will process a lost claim with Royal Mail and this process takes 30-45 days minimum. Once processed and approved, Royal Mail will send a refund for the value of lost items (ONLY) which I will forward to you.
We accept Paypal, Direct Check Out via Etsy and Etsy Gift Certificates. Unpaid orders will be cancelled after 72 hours so we can relist the items and be made available to others who are interested.
For UK Residents ONLY: We can accept payment via personal cheque or postal money order, however items will only be sent after payment has cleared. Please message us if this is your intended payment method.
Returns & exchanges
If for any reason you are unhappy with your item or purchase, please let me know if I can do anything to resolve/fix it. If you are still unsatisfied, you can send the item back in its original condition, and I will refund your money (minus shipping).
