Shipping & policies
ALL ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED TO THE ADDRESS LISTED ON YOUR ETSY ACCOUNT ONLY!
Shipments will be made by USPS and either arrive by First Class mail, or Priority depending on the weight and fragility of your item. All orders ship with tracking numbers and full insurance coverage in the event that they are lost or arrive damaged.
Lead times vary by product and availability, check my shop announcement for current custom work lead times.
"MOVE MY ORDER TO THE FRONT OF THE LINE" -- use this shipping upgrade to make your items the VERY NEXT things I sew/paint/crochet or create! This upgrade DOES NOT affect actual shipping times (1-3 days average as advertised by USPS), if you require OVERNIGHT shipping, Fed Ex, or UPS services you must contact me prior to purchase so that I can adjust your shipping quote.
CANADIAN CUSTOMERS: All packages ship through First Class International via USPS. Customs, duties, and other fees resulting from the import of items from America are your responsibility and I cannot help cover those costs for you. Please note also that I always declare true value on packages for customs.
If your item's tracking is still showing as undelivered after fourteen (14) days please contact me so that I can track down your package with USPS and/or issue a replacement item at no cost to you.
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you DO NOT have your item I require notification withing 24 hours of tracking showing delivered. This deadline is so that I have the best chance of tracking down your mail carrier and figuring out what happened. Please keep track of your shipment with the provided tracking, where I can tell on my end if an item has not been marked delivered, I have NO WAY of knowing if a delivered item actually never arrived. I will issue a replacement item ONLY if USPS rules that the loss was their mistake and are willing to reimburse me under an insurance claim. If USPS rules that they did indeed deliver your package to the address given and your tracking confirms this I am unable to replace items. Please be sure to check for package slips under door mats or in the bottom of your mailbox, often times these situations are a matter of miscommunication or a missed notice of delivery attempt.
Please double check that your address is correct PRIOR to placing an order, the only way to remedy incorrect addresses is to cancel and re-order. Orders that SHIP to a wrong address are not covered by any guarantee and it will be the BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY to contact USPS for forwarding and/or go to the old address to retrieve their package. Items delivered to an incorrect address due to incorrect information given by the buyer are NOT ELIGIBLE for insurance coverage.
ANY PACKAGES THAT ARE RETURNED TO ME DUE TO INCORRECT ADDRESS PROVIDED, WILL BE SUBJECT TO AN ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGE TO RE-SEND.

Cancellations on ready to ship items can be made ONLY within 24 hours of purchase and ONLY if they have not shipped. Once an item ships I am unable to issue cancellations of any kind. I do not accept cancellations or issue refunds on custom orders.
Custom order cancellations and special circumstances will be evaluated at my discretion and will be subject to a 25% restocking fee to cover materials already purchased for your custom order, fabrics already cut, and time already invested. I reserve the right to decline cancellation requests on custom orders, please be absolutely sure of your purchase PRIOR to checking out!
Coupons must be entered and used at the time of checkout only, I cannot apply a coupon to an order that has already been placed.

**NEW READY-MADE SSC ACCESSORY POLICY**
"Ready-made" Tula accessories are sold already fabricated and without the option to customize. The photographs in the listing are of the actual item you will receive, and the description is of the actual materials used. PLEASE ASK ALL MATERIAL QUESTIONS PRIOR TO PURCHASE. No returns will be accepted on ready-made items due to buyer expectations. If you would like more pictures, or a more specific breakdown of the materials used, please convo me prior to purchase.
If you believe you have be sent the WRONG item, or something is missing from your package please send me a message ASAP (within 48 hours of receipt) so that I can investigate the issue! I will require photographs of your item detailing the issue, as well as a description of the problem so that I may compare to my order notes. Without photographs I am unable to issue refunds of any kind, so please be sure to take pictures!
THINGS NOT COVERED BY MY REFUND/RETURN POLICY:
- Ordering the wrong size
- Ordering items too close to event date/missed deadline WITHOUT prior confirmation that your deadline could be met.
- Dissatisfaction with materials/colors chosen by the buyer for a custom item.
- misuse and rough handling of items -- please be kind to your new items!
- Alterations to item after market.
- Laundering damage
- Leaving items with KAM snaps in a hot car (according to the company this can compromise the snaps)
- Ripped or torn items.
- Damage due to package opening.
- Wear and tear of your items
This policy is intended to cover your items right out of the package and protect you the buyer from receiving incorrect items. This policy is not engineered to allow for returns weeks, months, or years after purchase for any reason. Please inspect your items closely and ensure that you are satisfied when they arrive.
Damages incurred during shipping (confirmed or suspected) will be made through USPS *only*. In order to file a claim on your behalf I will need photos of the item, as well as the packing within 48 hours to send on to USPS. Please note that without photos, or after 7 business days USPS will not issue refunds for shipping damage. If USPS does not reimburse me in accordance with the insurance on your parcel, I cannot refund you or issue a replacement item. Please, PLEASE photograph damaged packaging as soon as it arrives!
Shipping damage refunds/replacements will be made only after USPS approves the insurance claim and are ineligible for rush processing. I similarly cannot guarantee a ship date on replacement items, as I am not in control of when the insurance claim is approved. I apologize for any inconvenience.

- I cannot cancel or refund an order that involves the special order of any fabrics, please be absolutely sure of your fabric choices prior to payment.
