Thank you for your order tags are a brilliant way to finish off your own items for sale.They bring a professional finishing touch to your handmade items. I can add your name/business name to these tags at no extra cost or change the wording completely ~ just message me to arrange. Please note: the twine/ribbon is not included.
My items are packaged in cellophane card bags and board backed envelopes and sent by first class Royal Mail within UK and by airmail to all other countries. Because my items are small and of low value, I do not automatically offer tracking as this pushes up the price for you and may make it an unviable purchase.
DELIVERY TIMES UK: First class usually takes 1-2 days but can take longer during busy times (around bank holidays).
INTERNATIONAL: Airmail should take 5-7 working days but please allow up to 3 weeks at busy times. Please be aware of this!
TRACKING: Your order will be posted using standard first class or airmail, therefore I cannot provide a tracking number for you. Tracking costs an additional £8-9 on top of regular prices, depending on where you are. Please let me know before placing your order if this is something you require and I will create a listing for you including the extra cost. Some listings have a shipping upgrade at checkout. Please select if you want to ensure and insure delivery.
Tracked delivery services require a signature, so if you’re not at home when delivery is attempted, you will need to make other arrangements at your end.
I accept payments by Paypal and direct payments through Etsy using your credit or debit card.
Returns & exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
A refund will only given if the items purchased are incorrect to your order and the items are returned to me. I cannot accept responsibility for items damaged or lost during shipping. Every care is taken to package my cards to avoid damage and they will be in perfect condition when they leave me. Please contact me if you believe a mistake has been made with your order.
