Most shipping is handled by USPS First Class Mail, Priority Mail or International Mail depending on the size and weight of your order. Occasionally larger orders are shipped via UPS.
In stock items typically ship within 1 day from the time of purchase. Customized stationery will usually ship within 2-3 days. Digital proofs are emailed for initial approval followed by a hard copy proof upon approval of the digital proof. Turnaround time on custom orders will be provided at the time of your order.
For wedding orders and larger custom orders, please feel free to contact me for a leadtime estimate prior to order.
International shipping may incur additional fees or duties when delivered. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
I prefer that payments are made through Paypal. Please note that you do not need a Paypal account to pay by credit card.
If, for some reason, Paypal is not acceptable to you, please let me know and we can try to work out something else.
Custom listings need to be purchased before I begin work on them.
Returns & exchanges
Refunds are only available if an item is damaged. If you receive a product in damaged condition, I will issue a refund or send out new merchandise as soon as the damaged product is returned to me. Please make any returns within 10 days from the time of purchase.
If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase or the service received at Carlin Card Creations, please convo me through Etsy and I will do everything I can to resolve any issues you have. My goal is to make each and every transaction a positive experience!
