Era Decade 1930s
Head Size 22 Inches
Original Materials List: 6 tubes "Raphael Brand" Gimp

It is best to crochet fairly tight to obtain firmness and body.
This is especially important on hats in order to obtain the correct head size from the instructions as given.
All instructions are for hats of 22-inch head size.
Special Note: If the Gimp is crushed slightly on the tube, steam the finished article slightly or dip it in warm water. this will fluff up Gimp to its natural size.
