Your beads will be despatched within 3 working days of payment being received. UK delivery will be by first class post, international orders will be posted by airmail, and may take 7-10 days to arrive, longer at peak periods.
Any additional customs charges will be your responsibility.

Payments

I prefer to accept payment through Paypal, which has an option to pay by credit card if you are not signed up to Paypal itself.
If you would rather pay by personal cheque, please contact me for details and I will send the order after the cheque clears.

Returns & exchanges

If for any reasonable reason you are disappointed with your order when it arrives, I will refund your payment, not including postage, if you let me know immediately by email and return the item to me in good condition within 7 days of receipt.

Additional policies

My beads and pieces of jewellery are all one-offs and therefore not repeatable, and I don't unfortunately accept commissions.
If you have missed something you really wanted, it might be worth looking at my other website www.dancingwithglass.co.uk to see if there is anything there you might like instead!

Please remember that although the beads are annealed for strength and durability they are breakable if mistreated, and should be kept away from small children because they could be a choking hazard.
