Premade items will ship within 1-3 business days upon receiving payment.
Custom items will ship anywhere from 3 to 10 business days after settling what it is you're looking for. Some items may take more or less time, depending on complexity of the items.
I can ship internationally; however, the buyer will be responsible for any customs fees involved with shipment.

Returns & exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
If an item is damaged upon receipt, the buyer must send the item back to me before a refund is issued or a replacement is shipped out. The buyer will be responsible for the cost of sending the item back, and the item must reach me within 30 days of the initial receipt.* Once I receive the item and confirm that it's damaged, I will either issue a refund or send a replacement, based on what the buyer wants.**
*Please note that if I do not get the damaged item within 30 days of the buyer's initial receipt, I will consider the transaction successful and will not refund or replace the item. For example: The tracking number from the original shipment reads that an item was delivered on January 1st. The buyer was unhappy with the item and sends it back. If I receive said item by February 1st, I will return/refund it after confirming the damage. If I receive it on February 2nd, though, I will not issue a refund or replacement.
**Custom orders cannot be refunded or replaced.
