I typically ship 3x per week via first class US Mail. In most cases I am able to post your item within 24 hours. Packages over 13 ounces will usually be shipped via Priority Mail within the US. Insurance (up to $50) and tracking are included in Priority Mail automatically. If you wish insurance for a first class package, it is an additional charge.
I cannot be responsible for items lost in transit unless you purchase insurance. Please convo me or include a message during checkout if you wish to purchase insurance (with first class mail). I will invoice you separately. Most packages cost less than $1.50 to insure.
Please be sure your shipping address is correct; shipping a returned package will require an additional fee.
If actual shipping is less than my estimate, I round up to the nearest dollar and refund any overages beyond $1.
Once you have received your item and are happy with your purchase, please leave me positive feedback through Etsy.
I accept Paypal, Etsy Checkout (credit cards) and Etsy Gift Cards. If you see something you love, and you're unable to pay immediately, please send me a message and I'll do my best to work with you to find a payment method or layaway option that works for both of us.
Returns & exchanges
I want you to love your purchase. Keep in mind you are typically buying something old, used, previously loved and cherished, and that means it may show signs of age and needs to be loved for what it is, imperfections and all.
Almost all vintage textiles have been used. Age and character are shown through small imperfections, flaws, stains, & repairs. I do my very best to photograph and describe the condition of the items I sell. Other sellers may gloss over condition issues. Instead, I opt to err on the overly-descriptive side so there are no surprises when your purchase arrives.

In spite of my best efforts, I am only human and I may miss something. If you have a problem with an item you've purchased, I will work with you to resolve the issue to our mutual satisfaction.
For those shoppers looking to hold/reserve an item: I require a 20% non-refundable deposit. Items will be reserved/held for 72 hours, after which the deposit is forfeited. 'Custom' (newly listed) items for repeat customers will not require a deposit. Reserved/Custom items not purchased after 72 hours will be moved into general store inventory and available for purchase by the general public.
