I always try to ship orders within 1 working day unless advised differently on the listing or via email. Orders are sent Monday to Friday by 11am. Stamping Blanks may take 2 days depending on the finish. I use Royal Mail 1st Class as standard, however some items may be sent 2nd class due to weight restrictions. Stamping Kits will be sent via MyHermes and a tracking code provided to you. If this Courier is not suitable for you, please get in touch and we can look to arrange a more suitable option.
If you require a faster service or a tracking number then please contact me directly so that we arrange that for you, this may be at an extra cost to you.

Returns & exchanges
If you have purchased a non customised order then you have the right to cancel within seven days of your Purchase with Little Freckle, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). If you do cancel your order before the order has been packed the payment will be returned in full automatically upon your request. If for whatever reason you wish to return the goods and are within the 7 day timescale you must contact us to request a return and refund. Please follow the instructions outlined in our correspondence on how to return the goods. You the customer is responsible for the return shipping and safety of goods and you must obtain proof of postage. Items must be sent back in original and resalable condition, this includes original packaging. If Item/s have been used or are not received in full and in a resalable Original condition, we reserve the right to not issue a refund. We will contact you to work through this with you. Once you have opened and used the goods, you have accepted ownership of the goods and we can not accept a return on them.
It is your responsibility to notify me of any in-correct goods supplied within 14 days from delivery. Mistakes made on your part may not be refunded or replaced. Mistakes made by myself will either be refunded or replaced in an efficient manner.
If for any reason you believe an item to be faulty you have 30 days to notify us of this. We will want to fully understand the situation and if you can provide detailed correspondence and images that would be of great help. We would look to replace an item if it is deemed faulty, this in line with the Sale of Goods act.
If you have purchased a customised Item, In line with the Consumer Contracts regulations we do not offer returns/refunds for Custom orders. Unless the order is incorrect or damaged upon receipt. Please contact me to advise if there is an issue within 1 month of the order being received, so that a resolution may be reached. If the order has not been started you can still cancel a customised order, please contact us direct to reach a mutual resolution. If special items had been purchased for your order but no work has begun, then the cost of these will be deducted from the refund.

We will only send orders to the address shown on Etsy. We will not ship to an address that you provide after the order has been accepted. We do not check the address provided against Paypal. Please ensure you have the most up to date address details when placing an order and making a payment. Any errors made by you the customer will be your responsibility.
