This mug is nice - but the letters on the mug are just stickers... I’m assuming it will come off after a few washings. One of the two mugs i ordered arrived broken so I emailed the shop. Hopefully they have a quick response and turn around to get me a new one. Will update once I hear back with a solution. Update - after I emailed in the shop responded within minutes and said they will ship out a new one ASAP! Very happy with this response.
