BHMA Marketing Store employs the services of DPD and Tuffnell’s for the carriage of your products. Tuffnell’s for the large ‘bulky’ items to business addresses and, DPD for the ‘smaller’ parcel sizes as they have a fleet of delivery vans as well as lorries. Both Companies are contracted and committed to ensure you and/or your Company, receive the products you require at the time you require them, in first class condition. BHMA Marketing Store is dedicated to communicating any exceptions (should they occur) in deliveries, to you immediately, with; a planned alternative action, delivering the best possible service in this circumstance also.



Offshore Islands & Highlands:
Additional payment is required for Offshore Islands & Highland areas in the United Kingdom for courier services, as these areas are charged at a premium price by our carriers. Our website should calculate these additional charges, but; if it doesn’t for whatever reason (new post code) we will contact you to ask you to pay the difference in what has been charged and what should have been charged.



Disclaimer:
We will honor agreed dispatch dates from BHMA Marketing Store, however; we cannot guarantee ‘standard’ delivery times other than, before 5.30 pm unfortunately, as the two companies we employ are out of our operational control. Dates and Times can only be guaranteed ‘by the carrier’ when you have paid the premium fee for a timed delivery, before 9am, before 10.30am, before noon and so on.

The technical steps required to create the contract between you and us are as follows:

 We will send to you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered. This is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from BHMA Limited.
 As your product is shipped from our warehouse or a manufacturer we will send you a despatch confirmation email.
 Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the despatch to you of the Products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled it for a reason that we will have notified you about.

Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
 The product you ordered being unavailable from stock.
 Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.
 The identification of a pricing or product description error.
 You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the main Terms & Conditions.

The contract will be concluded in English.

We do not accept Products back for refund within the 7 days stated within these regulations. We will only accept Products back for refund or exchange, if they are ‘Mis-described’ ‘Faulty’ or ‘Damaged on delivery’ (if notified within 24 hours of the delivery time, by telephone, fax, or email). However we may decide to restock the product as a goodwill gesture, in which case there will be a 20% restocking fee. Note: this does not apply to personalised or bespoke products, these are non-returnable unless mis-described, faulty or damaged.

If the product is damaged in any way or has become broken in transit this must be notified to the courier at the point of signing and be signed for as damaged. Our sales team must be notified by email on sales@bhma.co.uk or by telephone on 01353 665141 within 24 hours of receipt otherwise no liability will be accepted by BHMA Limited, and your goods will not be returnable and you will not be refunded. In the case of you being an account customer, you will remain responsible to settle your account within your agreed terms and conditions.
