This poster which is an original not a copy was used by my mum as a teachers aid in the 1950's. As a teacher of home economics, Cadbury's provided her with this kit of posters to explain to her students the process of how food was produced and where it came from. Pretty amazing really. They where produced in the Bournville Studio and Distributed for Cadbury Brothers Ltd by the University of London Press Limited. Little Paul's House, London. Great for an industrial style cafe, chocolate shop, deli or home or for someone who is interested in the history and production of chocolate who isn't :).
