Shipment in the UK is via Royal Mail First Class signed for Shipment overseas is sent Airmail and can vary between 5 and 28 days. Please ensure you allow for this additional time when ordering. Overseas shipments can be tracked for additional peace of mind on request for an additional cost

I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Additional return information
House of Henley is happy to refund for items deemed faulty as soon as they are returned. Refunds will not be given for items lost in international posting. There is the additional option to have your item tracked on request. There will be an additional cost for tracking.
Replacements will be offered for items damaged in posting. Proof will be required.
