This is an awesome instant camera made by Kodak.
I have cleaned up the camera and lens with rubbing alcohol and a whole lot of Q-tips and cotton balls. This camera is in pretty good condition. There are a few scuffs and scratched from normal wear, but they do not affect the camera. The hand strap is in excellent condition. Film for this camera was only made for a short time and a long time ago. This camera is not tested and being sold more as a display piece.
Camera Info from Camera-wiki.com:
The EK4 is a very early model in the Kodak Instant line of cameras released in 1976. It's features were very basic. It lack an electronic motor for film ejection and requires a hand crank. The nearly identical model EK6 was also available but had motorized ejection. Flip flash socket is on top of the camera. The lens has markings surrounding the lens in both meter and feet. Exposure and focus control is with sliders on the face of the camera. Sliding the focus control rotates the lens indicator to the corresponding distance markers. It used PR10 (PR144) film. It is powered by a 6V flat J sized battery.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
**** All of my "film tested" cameras are tested with actual film, and not an empty film cartridge to see if it powers up and goes through the motions. I am making sure that everything works (shutter, mechanics, spreader bars, etc.. ), and that the pictures come out and are able to develop. Film is not cheap so that is why the cameras are a little more expensive than some other shops. I am giving you the peace of mind that the camera is definitely going to work when you put unused film in it! ***
