Items are posted within three business days of receiving payment. Items are dispatched by Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery within the UK, however, other options are available.
On request, we can send by another method at an additional cost. Should you need the order urgently, please message us and we will try where possible to arrange this for you.
Buyers outside of the EU are responsible for paying any customs duties or taxes that may be applicable in that country. The price charged for postage takes into consideration the cost of postage, packaging and our time.
Although lost, damaged or delayed items in the post are the responsibility of the Royal Mail (or other carrier), we will do everything we can to help resolve so please contact us if there are any postal issues. We keep proof of postage for all items. Royal Mail does not consider an item lost until after 15 days (21 days for International delivery). Lost items cannot be claimed for until the 15 days have passed (21 for International deliveries). Please do not leave it longer than 5 weeks to contact us about lost items as we will not be able to help you at such a late stage.
We cannot be held responsible for the length of time it takes for the Royal Mail to deliver your order, however we generally dispatch within one business day of receiving cleared payment.

Returns & exchanges
Returns are permitted and must be initiated by the buyer within 14 days of receipt. The item must be returned unworn and in its original packaging. In order to return an item you must message us to request the return. Postage will not be refunded and the customer must bear the cost of returning the item, except where the item is found to be faulty.
Each item is quality checked before it is dispatched ,however, sometimes things can go wrong though this is not often. In the unlikely event that you should have a problem with the item please message us and we will do our very best to resolve the issue.
