I ship from Portugal using national postal service - Correios de Portugal (CTT) by registered mail in hand. This mail is safe and priority with tracking number for specified countries. Note that some countries track and trace this mail and others do not.
This shipment method requires signature upon delivery. PLEASE pay attention to your mailbox for post office notifications!
I am not responsible for lost packages; however I will investigate missing packages as much as I can. I am also not responsible for any duties or custom fees.
I package my shipments to ensure safe arrival. All items are carefully wrapped and packaged in a bubbled envelope or a box, for maximum protection.
Portugal takes 2 or 3 working days Europe may take up to 8 working days America, Canada and Australia: Please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery.
Please note that transit times may be delayed by holiday seasons, custom services.
Most orders will arrive sooner but overseas delivery times can vary quite a bit due to processing through Customs. I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
I will send you the tracking number after sending out the product.

You do not need a PayPal account to pay for your items through PayPal: You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.
Returns & exchanges
I cannot accept returns or exchanges on items due to address errors. Please make sure your Etsy address is correct. I ship to your Etsy address.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you must contact me by e-mail within 24 hours of receiving your shipment.
The item must be mailed back within 3 days of receipt with a tracking number, to ensure it doesn't get lost or damaged.
If some product arrived damaged by the postal system, please send me a photograph of the damage and I will try the best option to solve the problem.
When I receive the item (in original condition) I will refund the total paid, (minus shipping charges), ONLY when I receive items back.
