If the package is insured at your request and additional cost, you will be responsible for claiming the refund with USPS, I will email you the tracking info.
If your item has been damaged in shipment, and If it was sent priority (sometimes I send priority even if you did not pay for the upgrade so check with me) the post office will pay for the damage up to $50.00
If your item was damaged, please :
1. Save the original packaging. 2. Contact me for shipping information. 3. Contact post office if your item was sent priority.
If it was not sent priority I am sorry but there is nothing more I can do.
Shipping includes cost of physical packaging (boxes, bubble wrap, etc). But I do my best to reuse and recycle packaging as often as possible to keep the price of shipping low.
If you are making more then one purchase at the time, email me for the combined shipping fees I will make necessary adjustment when and if it applies. *****************************************

We do not issue refunds or credits. We due our best to accurately describe and photograph all items for best representation. All items are used vintage items according to Etsy policy. Any signs of wear on a item will be noted in the listing description. Please do not expect any item to look new, they are all antique or vintage and will show appropriate signs of age.
