Once payment is received and cleared, items will be posted within 3-5 business days. Unfortunately, shipping prices from Tasmania are a little bit more expensive as compared to the 'mainland'. :(
IN AUSTRALIA: Large Letter and Small Parcel Post are posted via normal post and is not trackable. I would suggest having it REGISTERED if you are worried about it getting lost. I will not be held responsible for any lost packages. Regular mail takes about 4-7 working days. If you add the PRIORITY option, it should come 2 days quicker than regular mail.
Larger Parcel Post Bags will come with a TRACKABLE number.
OTHER COUNTRIES: I am happy to post to any country, if yours is not currently listed, please send me a message before placing the order. International items will be posted in a Tough Bag. Please take the option of having the gift REGISTERED or PACK AND TRACK as I will not be held responsible for any lost packages.

I would encourage you to purchase items through PayPal. PayPal accepts all major credit cards and you do not even need a PayPal account to pay with a credit card!
For Australian Buyers: For Direct Transfers - please include your Esty username as your description. I will post the item within 1-3 business days when the funds have gone through.
For International Buyers: I strongly suggest you take the option of having the item REGISTERED or PACK and TRACK. The difference between the two is Registered Mail, they need a signature on delivery but there is no tracking. PACK and TRACK option you can follow the parcels journey but no signature is required at delivery. I will not be held responsible for any lost packages. It would be such a shame to have one of my handmade gifts get lost :(

Returns & exchanges
All sales are final. If you are not fully satisfied with the purchase, please contact me and we can work out a trade or a replacement. I will always try and work something out. All purchases should be in its original condition (not used or washed). All shipping will be at the expense of the buyer and is NOT refundable. I will not be held responsible for any loss of items in transit.
