This is for a love themed photo frame - as you can see, it features a beautiful green/blue water color paper, which is accented with tons of lovely, premium quality paper flowers. The "love" is a mirror cutout, adding even more depth to this 3D frame! It holds a 4 x 6 photo. Lots of time, love, and quality embellishments go into these frames, and the photos just don't do justice to how beautiful they are in person! Each is completely unique :)
***I DO recommend that you use some tape to anchor your photo inside the frame - while the frame only shows a 4 x 6 photo, the opening on the back is slightly larger...this will potentially cause the photo to move around if it's not anchored with tape.***
Each frame measures 11" x 9 1/4" - there is also a coat of water resistant sealer on the frame
I had to make some changes to the original chipboard frame - the design just wasn't very accessible. SO, each frame comes with a brand new piece of hard, sturdy plastic (see the photos)...just peel off the plastic covering, and gently place in the frame to protect your photo.
Each stand is also held to the frame with velcro (see photos) ...it makes the frame more sturdy and durable. This also makes it much easier to swap photos in and out. The frame previously worked by popping that middle piece in and out...however, not only did it scratch the hard plastic, but you had to use quite a bit of muscle to pop that chipboard in and out, which eventually caused the back to break completely! So, I cut the edges and applied the velcro...it is much more gentle, and much more convenient :)
Due to the size and weight, these frames go 2-day priority in the U.S.! So you'll get it quickly :)

Shipping & policies
I will ship upon payment, usually within 1-3 days (unless we discuss otherwise). Domestic orders ship via USPS with tracking; all international orders ship First Class International via USPS.
I am not responsible for orders lost by the post office - if you want an alternate shipping method, please let me know.
Domestic orders, I ship via USPS and they generally do a good job getting you your merchandise! However, sometimes they mark something as delivered, yet it wasn't...in this case, I first ask that you check the post office. I personally have had this happen to me a few times, and the post office has had it most every time. If it is still marked as delivered and they do not have it, please contact me. We can try to work something out that we are both happy with; for smaller card orders, I'm happy to re-ship your item. For larger orders, yarn, oil holders, pre-made scrapbooks, or custom orders, please contact me and we can figure something out.
International orders, as I mentioned, your package will go First Class International via USPS, unless you specify otherwise. I am not responsible for things that get lost in international transport, but I will try to work with you to figure something out (partial refund, re-ship with extra shipping cost, etc). SO, if you know of a better or more reliable way to ship to your country, please let me know!! I want you to get what you order :)

Returns & exchanges
First, please let me know if you are dissatisfied in any way, and I will do my best to fix the situation!
As long as the item is still in LIKE-NEW condition, I can do full refunds for any non-custom items.
If a product is damaged, I will happily replace the damaged item as quickly as possible. If it is damaged, I would simply ask that you send me a photo of the damaged parts...in some cases, I may ask you to send it back so that I can fix it and sell it in the future.
Custom items: Unfortunately, all custom items are one of a kind and cannot be refunded. I can consider partial refunds with the return of the product - it just depends on whether or not I can re-sell it, or re-work it to resell it.
