I ship daily via USPS. All paid orders received today should be shipped in the A.M. If the listing asks for a choice, please know that I cannot ship unless I have your choice.
When a package is returned to me because of an incorrect mailing address, the product will be treated like a return. A refund will be given minus the shipping paid. The customer may place a new order using the correct mailing address.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Everything in my store can be returned for a refund if in new and unused condition. I refund product purchase cost but not the shipping/handling fee. When an item is returned that had no ship fee, the actual cost to mail the item to you initially is subtracted from the item price to calculate refund..
Refunds for excessive shipping charges: I often can use a flat rate envelope or box for multiple items. The cost savings is significant when shipping flat rate. If you pay over $1 in excess shipping fees from what it cost to mail the package, I will refund the difference. Just put SHIP PRICE GUARANTEE in notes to seller during checkout and I will check to see if your purchase qualifies for a refund of shipping fees.
