little miss gee posts orders twice a week. If there is going to be a delay I'll will email you to let you know but I aim to get your order out as fast as I can. If you need your item urgently, please contact me so I can work out a new shipping amount so you can get your item faster.
DOMESTIC ORDERS: Most Australian deliveries are free! I'd love to say that all Australian deliveries are free, it's just that some of my products are bulky. So your shipping cost will depend on what you order. But don't worry, you can always check how much it will be in your cart before you purchase anything.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: For international orders I use Australia Post economy airmail. This DOES NOT include tracking. I've included an option to ADD SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY to ensure the parcel is delivered to the correct address, for an additional charge. If you would like to add tracking, please contact me for a quote.
If you choose not to pay for a signature on delivery or tracking, and in the event that your parcel doesn't arrive I will NOT refund or send another item.
Please allow 7-15 working days for items to arrive in UK, USA and Canada. 15-20 working days for items to arrive in Europe and 14+ working days for items to arrive in Asia, however it has been known to take longer. If you have not received your order after 6 weeks from the date posted, I can arrange to either refund the money or send another item.
PLEASE NOTE: When your package arrives you may have to pay additional customs fees or import taxes for which you are responsible. I unfortunately have no control over these fees. If you think this may be the case or you have not ordered from overseas before please check with your post office prior to ordering. At times some European countries can delay items in customs for over a week, again, I have no control over this.
Please pay within 24 hours or items will be relisted.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Each item I post is checked over to make sure it is sent off in perfect condition and packed so it is safe inside the packaging. If your item has arrived damaged, you can return the item in its original condition within 14 days of you receiving it and I'll make arrangements on issuing a refund or a replacement. Postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Sale items cannot be returned.
If you change your mind, exchanging products is at the discretion of little miss gee but refunds will not be issued.
In the event of a refund, I will not refund the postage costs. In the very rare and unlikely event that your parcel doesn't arrive, and you have purchased tracking, I will refund or send another item after 6 weeks have passed, as parcels have been known to be delayed in customs for up to 3 weeks.
Custom Orders - When you place a custom order, a 50% deposit is required upon ordering with balance due upon delivery.
Out of stock - At little miss gee, I have ensured my designs and products are unique and unrivalled. As a result, many of my items are offered in limited quantities. When this stock runs out, it may not be reproduced again. In the case that it can, the item will be made to order and have a longer delivery time. In most cases items can take a month to make. Please contact me for an estimated delivery date before purchase.
Please be aware all products are hand printed and sewn by hand, therefore any slight variations are part of the nature of these bespoke items. Due to the nature of my fabrics, you may experience shrinkage of a few centimetres as the fibres tighten when washing in a machine. This should only happen after the first wash. For best results hand wash only or dry clean these fabrics to avoid shrinkage. Air dry and warm iron if required.
