I ship via USPS first class mail, usually within 3 working days of payment being received. If for some reason there is a significant delay, I will notify you by email.
My most preferred method of payment is PayPal. It allows me to choose my own time and amount to transfer to my bank, where with Etsy Payments I'm entirely at the mercy of Etsy. To use PayPal, my I.D. is wiregems [!at] bellsouth.net.
To speak to me in person and/or pay with any major credit card through my own merchant account, you may call my brick and mortar store at 321-632-9505 from 11:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Eastern time any day except Tuesday.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
I offer a lifetime guarantee on the quality of the materials and precious metals, as well as the workmanship, of all my handcrafted items. If for any reason the item is or becomes defective with normal wear, I will repair or replace it free of charge. I'm sorry that I cannot offer cash refunds/returns, but I will gladly exchange your purchase for any item of equal value.
I have a little retail store where I sell my jewelry, with regular retail hours. That means that if you order or convo after 5:00 in the evening, I won't respond until the next day. Unless it's Monday night, in which case I won't respond until Wednesday because my day off is Tuesday and I never look at emails on Tuesdays. Then of course I'm totally backed up on Wednesday mornings--usually 200 emails to wade through (mostly spam, ugh.) If you order Monday night, it will likely be Thursday before your item gets in the mail because the "processing" takes longer when I'm backed up. Other days, depending on what's going on, your item may ship the next day or even the same day. Please be assured that I want EVERYONE to have the same personal attention from me, even if it takes a little longer in some cases.
