I use USPS and put insurance on items over 25.00. Big or heavy items can not go regular mail and may go Fedex. I will insure each package so if breakage happens so that you may file a claim

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Return Policy: If an item has not been described accurately, please convo me and I will be happy to rectify this issue with you. But please do within 48 hours of receiving. If not a error on my end and decide that you just don't want it please mail back to me with tracking info within 48 hours of receiving and I will glady refund purchase price one recieved back in origianl condition.
