Beautiful beaded bellflowers in blue, white, pink and purple with green leaves and tied with a satin bow. Three flowers and 5 leaves, The stems are chenille and are poseable. The flowers measure 1" tall and the entire bouquet is 8 1/2" long

We will combine to get you the best shipping rates possible so if planning to buy more that one item let me know and shipping costs will be adjusted on the invoice. I can try to ship as much as possible in flat rate boxes as possible for unbreakable items.

Unless otherwise specified, I use USPS Mail with tracking or for larger items UPS Ground Shipping. I upload shipping (and tracking) information within 24 hours of your purchase. Insurance is automatically included on all items shipped and signature may be required on all purchased over $100.00 in value

International Buyers: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. All items are insured. Fragile or breakable items are well wrapped and packaged but in the event any item does arrive broken or damaged in transit, a full refund for that item(s) will be issued after an insurance claim has been filed by the Seller. Seller will require clear photos of damages to the item, box and packaging material which will be submitted with claim. Purchaser MUST retain original packaging and Item **until claim has been settled** and provide photos. Full refund will be given to include original shipping costs paid by the buyer. Buyer must follow these procedures in order to be refunded. Failure or delay which hampers any insurance claim may result in claim and refund being denied. Insurance carrier may require affidavit to be signed by buyer as part of proof of damages.

All delivery dates both in the USA or Internationally are approximate and can not be guaranteed unless using a guaranteed shipping service. Delays in mail delivery are beyond sellers control and all items ship in 24-48 hours of purchase excluding holidays with tracking provided. Please allow 2-8 weeks for International Shipments.

Additional return information
I do accept returns but on a case by case basis only. Contact me by Etsy conversation within 3 days of receipt of your item if you have a problem. The buyer cannot make any changes or alterations to the item in order for a return. Item must be returned in the same condition as when shipped. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs If the item is not returned in its original condition to include any tags or original packaging, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. The following items can't be returned due to the nature of these items, Vintage intimates, Sale Items, Custom Made Items. The buyer must pay return postage and have tracking. Once the package is received by me, you will be refunded for cost of item only. Items Returned "Unclaimed", "Refused" or the Buyers error in shipping Address on file with Etsy will be refunded for cost of item only and will be charged a 20% restocking fee

International Buyers. EU: You Must contact me within 7 days of delivery and receipt of item
Once return authorization is approved you must Ship items back to me within 14 days of contacting me. Any packages that are refused or unclaimed in Customs and are returned to me will be charged a 20% restocking fee and the original shipping charges will not be refunded.

All Items in my shop are well packaged and insured-
In the event you have received a damaged item, please convo me via Etsy messages within 72 hours of receipt of item. You must include in the message photos of the broken/damaged item, shipping box, and shipping/packing materials. I will begin a claim with the Shipping Service for you. Please keep the shipped item and packaging materials, as you may be asked to take damaged item and all the materials to your local shipping service for inspection or to relinquish item to them after claim is approved. Please do not reship or repair item, this will void any insurance claim. Once the claim with the shipping service is initiated, please note shipping service can offer repair, replacement or purchase value. Shipping service may require repair quote for damaged item (s) and compensate for that amount only. I will refund approved insurance claim amount once the claim has been processed and approved by shipping service. Please allow 2-10 business days for this process to complete.

Lastly, Even though I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages that show delivered, I will assist in any way I can. Please contact your carrier or your nearest post office location first. Ask if they have additional information about the package's location. (Have your tracking/delivery confirmation number, or customs label number handy) if tracking shows "delivered", but you didn't get it check around with other household members, neighbors, somewhere else in the yard. If it can't be located, then we'd have to issue a "stolen package" claim. The buyer would need to participate in this claim. It would require a police report and possible a signed affidavit by the buyer. A refund can be issued, after a full investigation.
