The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Terms & conditions
All open orders may be cancelled within the first 24 hours only (unless it has shipped).
After 24 hours of an order being placed, it can not be canceled or refunded.
US Shipping provides tracking and have an estimated delivery of 3-8 business days.
All international orders do not have tracking, and will require an extra 7-10 day travel time.
The buyer is responsible for any customs fees, duties, tariffs, taxes, additional postage or other charges that may be assessed upon entry to your country by customs.
*Please keep in mind shipping dates begin once the processing time of 3-5 days ends.

Widerrufs- oder Rückgabebelehrung
There will be no refunds issued on any shipped orders, as these items are made to order.
Orders will NOT be resent out if the shipping address was wrong or if it is marked as "delivered." If your order was delivered and you did not receive it, please contact your local post office with the tracking information.
If 14 days after your order has been marked 'delivered' have passed, and the USPS can not locate your mail, please contact me regarding reshipment.
The BUYER is responsible for reshipment costs.

I can not combine orders if you place more than one.
All items go through quality control and are triple checked. Your invoice will reflect this. I will not resend any sticker item if it is claimed missing, if it has been accounted for on your invoice. I will ask for a photo of the invoice to be sure.
