Returns & exchanges

Please know that all items are handmade and will have their own little quirks unique to handmade items.

All sales are final and no refunds will be issued unless there has been negligence on my part. I will not sell items I do not think are up to quality. They are usually given as gifts! ;)

I am not responsible for items being lost in the post if tracking and insurance are not purchased.

Additional policies

I am open to custom orders if you would like, just send me a convo and I'll see what I can do!

All fabrics I use get a pre-wash so they shouldn't shrink if you need to wash them. I would recommend a warm hand-wash with mild detergent. Let your item dry in the shade to prevent colour fade.

After dyeing, all skeins of yarn are rinsed thoroughly in a cool bath with delicate wash detergent to remove excess dye, then gently squeezed out and hung to dry.

I have tried my best to capture an accurate representation of the colour of my items, and in different settings but as always, monitors or devices may differ.

All items are from a smoke-free home but please note I do have a dog. Every effort is made to ensure he's kept away from my sellable items though! :)
