We ship using the USPS and every order comes with a tracking number and insurance so if something were to happen to your package, we can track it and take care of it once pictures have been provided! We normally ship your package within 24-48 hours (not including weekends and holidays).
We currently accept all major credit cards and paypal. No items will be shipped until payment has been cleared. You have 24 hours to cancel your order in order to be eligible to receive a refund, after that you must message me directly to see if we can accommodate your needs.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Here at GGE we try our best to accommodate the needs of all our customers. If you receive your package and something is broken, damaged or lost due to the shipping procedures, please take images of the exterior of the box and the items that are damaged and email them to me. Once the images have been evaluated we will asses the damage and ship you a new one if the item is RECEIVED damaged, after that it's in your hand. Thus far we've never had a problem though and pray it stays that way! <3
