DIGITAL PRODUCTS are sent directly to your Etsy registered email as soon as your purchase is complete.
PHYSICAL PRODUCTS: I am happy to combine postage on up to ten sets of buttons and some other items.
Buttons are posted by standard letter post anywhere in the world with a postal service. I aim to post custom orders within five working days of receiving payment and if I have the product in stock, I usually post within two working days.
Please ensure that your PayPal address is the correct one for you. I will only ship to your PayPal address, as that offers us both the best protection.
Please allow up to 10 working days for your buttons to arrive. Often they arrive more quickly, but that is the Australia Post delivery target for most of the world (outside of NZ and Australia).
It is exceedingly rare for my products to go astray, but if they have not arrived within 10 working days from dispatch date please contact me and we can discuss options to replace your order. Refunds are not offered for non delivery unless you have advised me about non delivery and I have had an opportunity to replace your order within a reasonable time*. *It is reasonable to wait at least fifteen working days before a replacement order is sent. Once you have advised me about non-delivery AND fifteen working days has elapsed since original dispatch date I will send you a replacement order as quickly as possible and definitely within three working days.
I accept payment by PayPal from anywhere in the world (or direct debit for those with a New Zealand or Australian bank account). I also accept Etsy gift cards.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
You are buying products from the pictures that you are viewing online. There may be tiny differences in colour or other details, but in general the photos are an excellent representation of my products, so it is unlikely that you will be disappointed.
In the extremely unlikely circumstance of there being damage to your physical product or a mistake in your order, then I will remedy it.
There is no refund available on DIGITAL products once they have been downloaded.
