2 medium and 1 small wood mounted rubber stamps of portraits of Japanese ladies or geisha (not really geisha, but that's what a lot of people call Japanese ladies....anyway). All stamps are vintage. I bought them in the early 2000's in a second hand store. I've never used them, but all have been used before I got them.
The first stamp is a real classy gal. She's using a toothpick on her teeth and her kimono is hanging open, though her naughty bits aren't showing. Please check the last photo which shows the stamped image. The image on the wood does not show her hand holding the toothpick and has a smudge on her chest that isn't on the stamp.
Japanese lady with uchiwa style fan. Looks like a girl/lady is in casual summer yukata rather than formal kimono. Borderless image 3" x 2". Side of wood is marked 'Jpn Woman with Round (fan). 1982-2001 A Stamp in the Hand Co, Carson CA' and a price tag for $8.75.
Japanese lady wearing veil. The image on the wood has gotten smeared with ink but the stamp looks fine. Pls see photo 5. Borderless image 2 1/2" x 1 1/2".
Please let me know if you would like to combine other items into an order. I will make a separate listing and charge actual shipping.
Thank you for looking and helping me de-stash my home.
