All domestic orders go out by USPS Priority Mail within 2 business days of order and with 2-3 day delivery. All orders will be shipped to your ship to address. International orders will be shipped First Class or International Priority. All custom or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
*Coastal Artistry cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged by the post office while in transit to you. We package our orders well, but unfortunately once it leaves our shop it is out of our hands. If you are concerned about the shipment of your order, we recommend that you request insured mail (domestic).
Payments can be made by PayPal or by credit card.
Returns & exchanges
Any custom items are not returnable as they were customized just for you. Due to the fact that all our items are hand made, we can not guarantee perfection. We try to get as close as possible, but unfortunately sometimes it is not possible.
If for some reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase of a noncustom item, you may notify us and return it within 7 days of delivery. Returned items must be in their original condition. The price of the item will be refunded when we have received it in its original condition, but shipping costs will not be refunded.
The wind chimes that I create were not designed to withstand rough weather, please use your best judgement and bring the piece inside during storms and over the winter months, The chimes have been made using strong cord and/or wire wrapped stones and glass, please keep out of the reach of small children and pets. I always make sure the stone or glass is well set in the wire but I would like to err on the side of safety.
