Delivery times for metro areas is approval 2-6 Business Days - depending on your local postal service. Please refer to Aus Post website for more details.
All packages are sent by Registered Post in-which will require a signature upon pick up to ensure it arrives in safe hands. Shipping & handling prices are based on up to 500g per package, by registered post. Larger orders will incur additional cost. Please contact me prior to purchase for pricing.
Unexpected shipping delays can happen, which are out of my control. Ordering in peak seasons, such as Christmas, may also result in shipping delays
If your package has been lost in the post, please message Farfalla Creations after 2 weeks of the shipping notification. I will try my best to both work out a solution.
At this stage, Farfalla Creations only accepts PayPal as a form of payment. Payment must be paid in full before I can start populating any design work.

Due to the nature of our products we don't refund any of our products once they have approved by the buyer.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact me ASAP and most certainly prior to receiving 1st proof from me.
