I do my best to represent the colors as adequately as possible. However, colors vary with the screen you're viewing it on. Therefore, if you don't like the colorway you ordered, I can refund your money for the item. You will have to pay for the shipment back, though. The yarn has to be in the condition you received it in, i.e. still skeined, not wound into a ball, not knitted with.

Rocksheep yarns "Samba", "Merengue", "Lambada" and "Mambo" are superwash, which means you can wash it in your washing machine at 30°C. The rest of my products are best washed by hand in warm water. Use a detergent for wool. Don't wring the item too hard and dry it flat, pulled into shape. Blocking: After knitting/crocheting, block your finished project for best results. My shipping prices are the cheapest ones available with Austrian post. Standard shipping for Austria, Germany and the world outside Europe includes tracking. My customers in the EU and Europe outside the EU have the option to receive a tracking code with an additional cost.

Sure! I'd love to meet you in person. Send me a message so that I can take the items out of the shop and make a reservation for you. You can pay in cash at the meeting or get an invoice. If you prefer, you can also pay directly via Etsy and I'll give you the shipping fee in cash when we meet.
