HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO GET MY PURCHASE(S)?

PROCESSING TIME: Items requiring no customization generally ship within 3-5 business days of order date. Personalized items generally ship within 5-7 business days of order date (some exceptions apply, please see product description of the particular item you are ordering). Please know that production time could stretch a bit during the holidays. During peak rush times, we will post order cut-off dates to allow enough time for production and shipping for holiday arrival.

SHIPPING COST: Shipping is based on the specific product and quantity ordered. Please see each product for shipping cost details.

SHIPPING TIME: Incredibly Charmed Designs uses multiple shipping methods, each order placed is shipped the most economical way possible so that we can keep our shipping charges low! If you order multiple items, they may ship at separate times in different packages. If you need an item by a certain date please send us a message and we will advise if the timeframe will work.

SHIPPING LIMITATIONS: We do not currently ship to international destinations; please message me if you live outside the U.S. and are interested in an item.

WHEN DO YOU WORK?
Glad you asked! The shop was launched with the goal of keeping regular business hours, so we are only open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Orders will be processed and customized during these hours. Sticking to the business standard, we’ll be closed on national holidays and will alert you to any vacations coming up! Thanks so much for understanding.

WILL I GET A PROOF OF MY PERSONALIZED ITEM BEFORE YOU SHIP?
You will not be sent a proof unless one is specifically requested. (Requests can be made in the Notes to Seller box at checkout, or via an Etsy message.) If you approve your proof with the wrong initials, name, colors, patterns, font spacing or alignment, etc. You will not be eligible for a refund, store credit, exchange or product replacement; please proof carefully!

Returns & exchanges

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Cancellations can only be made on a case-by-case basis. In the case of a personalized item, we will not be able to change or cancel your order once it has been produced. Please email Info@IncrediblyCharming.com or message me via Etsy if you need assistance with this.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
The shop does not accept returns. In the event that your items arrive damaged or incorrect, please email Info@IncrediblyCharming.com or message me via Etsy.
