(1) If you'd like to order more than 1 binder, please message us with your order and we'll set up a custom listing for you because shipping more than 1 binder is usually cheaper than the listed shipping cost.

All packages are shipped through the United States Postal Service. Depending on the package weight, items will be shipped by either First Class Mail or Priority Mail. All packages, including international orders, have tracking numbers, which can be tracked on USPS.com.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Custom items, stationery items that need to be printed, punched, laminated, etc., traveler's notebooks that need elastics added to them are some examples of items that usually take time to ship, due to being handmade to order. Each listing will state the estimated processing time for shipping.
Any additional shipping charges on packages that are returned due to an incorrect shipping address will be the responsibility of the customer (as long as the address on the package exactly matches the shipping address provided by the customer).
- Payment is due at the time your order is placed. - Turn around time for custom items is stated on each item's listing. - In stock items usually cannot be canceled, since they are prepared for shipment immediately after the order is placed. - Custom items cannot be canceled after 24 hours from placing the order.
Returns & exchanges
- We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the nature of our products. - All sale and clearance items are final sale and not returnable, refundable, or exchangeable. - Stationery products are no longer considered new once they have been opened or unboxed, so we also do not accept returns on any of those items. - Custom items are nonreturnable and nonrefundable. - If your tracking shows delivered by the post office, but you did not receive your package, please contact your local post office office right away so that your mail carrier can be contacted. We are not responsible for packages that show as being delivered in the USPS tracking system. - If your package was lost, or if the contents of your package were damaged, by the post office, please contact us here on Etsy right away so that we may resolve the issue ASAP. - If you believe you have a defective item, please contact us here on Etsy right away.
