Meraki: May-Rah-Kee-(n.) The soul, creativity, or love put into something. The essence of yourself that you put into your work.
This summer top is elemental, yet not lacking in small, feminine details. The piece fits effortlessly into a summer wardrobe, adding even more options, as it can be worn with the lace facing back or front.
The natural, warm-weather fibers lend a breezy feel to this bottom-up tank, which features slimming waist shaping, a petite keyhole opening at the neck and an open lace panel on the back, worked in a contrast color if desired. I-cord edging is integrated around the armholes, and then added to the neckline when finishing.
Note: in pattern, “front” refers to the keyhole opening side, and “back” refers to the mesh side, but top is reversible and can be worn as you choose.

Shoulders are grafted using three-needle bind-off, then stitches are picked up around the front neckline and finished with I-cord bind off, which also forms the button loop.
