Please allow 4-6 weeks for furniture orders to be made, finished and shipped. Home Decor and wall hangings usually ship within 1-10 business days. Wine racks processing as home décor 1-10 days.

I ship both within the United States and internationally. Please refer to my shipping rates at the bottom of item pages for standard prices. If your country is not listed on our ship to areas please convo. us for a shipping quote.

*** SHIPPING ***
We ship UPS Ground and FedEx home delivery.
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service or UPS/FEDEx availability. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

For shipping outside the US, please convo with me for a shipping quote. Many of our items are large and heavy, so shipping will vary based on location!

Please note JNMRustic Designs does not ship with a signature required delivery unless requested by the purchaser.

*** PACKAGING ***
The shipping cost of your order includes materials and labor (boxes, bubble wrap, handling) to prepare the unit to ship. Some of our larger/heavier items need custom built pallets to protect your furniture as it is shipping.

*** YOUR ADDRESS ***
Please ensure that your address listed on Etsy is correct! I ship to the address listed on your Etsy account. I do not issue refunds for packages shipped to addresses that are incomplete, incorrect, or out of date. Please check your address on Etsy when you place your order.

*** CUSTOMD AND INTERNATIONAL FEES/TAXES ***
Please note that most international items arrive to their destination within 14 business days. However, international packages can take much longer to arrive than expected to arrive. This delay is caused by how quickly customs within both countries handles the package.

I am NOT responsible for expedited international shipping that is held up in customs either within the US or in your country. I have no control over the post office in the US or outside of it, and I have no control over customs agencies. I will ship quickly via the method you prefer, but I cannot be held responsible for delayed packages due to postal delays or customs delays. Please claim your package when it arrives to you. Should you wish a refund afterwards due to missing an important deadline, I will do so with communication and return of item. I issue a refund after the item is returned to me in its original condition. But please, claim your item when it arrives in your country.

I will not forge customs documents, nor will I mark an item as a gift on a customs form. It is illegal to do so, and I could be fined or jailed for doing so. I will not take the risk. The customer is responsible for all customs charges within their country. I do NOT pay for customs fees or taxes in your country for the imported merchandise. Each country assess different taxes and each area within a country may or may not collect these taxes.

Returns & exchanges

If you are not happy with your purchase when it arrives you may return it within 7 days of the receiving date. Return must be shipped in original packaging. It MUST be postmarked within the 7 day timeframe to be eligible for refund and MUST be shipped with tracking/ delivery confirmation. This is for the protection of the seller and buyer. When return is shipped you must provide us with tracking info.

To be eligible for return/refund the returning item must be post marked for return within the 7 day timeframe after receiving or it will no longer be eligible for refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser- we do not pay for return shipping. If the item arrives grossly misrepresented or not the product that was purchased we will provide a return shipping label after we have reviewed product photos and agree with your claim.

If your product arrives damaged contact us immediately (contact must be made within 7 days of the packages arrival) with packaging photos, label photos and product photos. UPS does require a product/packaging physical inspection with shipping label visible for an item to be considered for compensation for damages incurred during shipping transit process. UPS will physically come to your home to view product/packaging and shipping label for claims over $150 in value.

All complete beds are non-refundable. We make all items to order and do not store inventory-therefore once a bed purchase has been made it is non-refundable.

A 25% restocking fee will be applied to returned or cancelled orders.


Custom orders are non-refundable.

Additional policies

Reclaimed wood is just that reclaimed. It comes with the imperfections of time. That's what we love so much about. We feel it gives our products a rustic old country charm.

JNMRustic Designs is not responsible for any injuries, splinters, or any other damages related to all of our products. We are not liable for anything remotely related to any of our products or services with buyer taking full responsibility upon purchase.
