Stock items are normally sent within 2 working days. Made to order and Custom orders will be despatched within time stated on listing. Items are despatched by Royal Mail, Hermes courier or DPD(for larger items). All items are sent tracked. We will only post to the address on the PayPal notification or for credit cards, the address linked to your Etsy account. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure this address is correct at time of purchase. Please note international deliveries may incur customs charges - we will not be responsible for paying them. A contact phone number will be required for all international orders.
Custom orders require full payment on acceptance on order. All details must be confirmed before production will start. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
We accept returns within 30 days, with the exception of custom orders. For damaged items, we will pay for return postage. For unwanted items the customer must pay for return postage. We will arrange refund on receipt of goods - returns must be posted back to us with proof of posting to our address. Custom orders can only be returned of we have made an error or if the item is received damaged (photographs will be required). We will not be held responsible for incorrect addresses- the buyer must pay for redelivery.
