This size 402, 1 1/2 liter mixing bowl by Pyrex features the 1979 redesign of the spring blossom green pattern which was produced between 1970 and 1981. This, along with the earlier Spring Blossom pattern, is sometimes referred to as Crazy Daisy although that is not an official name. The redesign of the pattern had a pretty spring shade of green on some of the pieces unlike the earlier olive shade on the first design from the early 1970s, making this release a sought after pattern today. There are some stray utensil marks on the outside of the bowl but overall the finish is in great shape with plenty of gloss and no chips, lines, or cracks in the glass.

I ship using USPS unless other methods (UPS, Greyhound) are specifically requested. Special instructions provided by you for shipping are welcome. I reuse packaging as much as possible to save on cost and waste, and I typically have shipment out within three business days but ask for your patience if it takes me as long as five. I will group shipments in as few packages as possible unless you request otherwise.


Payments

I accept paypal, direct payment, and Etsy gift cards. If you like an item and do not have the funds for it, I am happy to reserve it as long as we can agree on a time period! Cancellations accepted prior to shipment with no hard feelings for whatever reason.


Returns & exchanges

I accept returns for refunds only within ten days of delivery and will only refund your money upon receipt of the returned item. I do not reimburse shipping costs for returns unless you receive the wrong item (which will not happen), or under other circumstances in which the error is mine.

If you receive a damaged item, please message me with photos of the damage and we will reach an agreement on resolving the issue. I also request that you keep the damaged item along with the packaging as they may need to be presented to your nearest post office for inspection if an insurance claim is filed (all my items ship with insurance). I am very accommodating within reason and understand that accidents happen during shipment, but will not refund anything without actual proof of damage.

Just in case I have been unclear in any way - things in packages sometimes break....on rare occasions those things are in packages I have packed. Maybe something is shattered, maybe a single cup has a handle cracked. This is a customer service issue and, usually, is totally out of my control. This does not mean I am unwilling to refund you, just that I do not have access to the package after it's handed off at the post office and the way it's handled by the USPS is not something I am able to manage. I mark fragile items clearly on the outside of the box and insure every shipment. Please do not send me threatening or rude messages if you receive something that is broken...approach me civilly and I will reply with a genuine, heartfelt apology and a real desire to make sure you're taken care of.

Articles arriving damaged should not be negative review situations, they are not an attempt to ruin your life, not a conspiracy to defraud you of $10 and certainly no reason to call a package "not as described." As a rule, my policy is that I make a refund for what has been damaged upon receipt of a digital picture of the item broken beyond usefulness.

Why?

A. It saves you the return postage that was standard procedure in the days before digital pictures. B. What earthly good would it do me to get a broken item back? C. Any tiny cracks might not show up in a picture that might transfer as 2 inches square on a screen, so let's whack it beyond usefulness and make it obvious to me. With my type of inventory, each damage claim is dealt with differently, as the situation demands.
