Listen...the postal service is SLOWWWWWW. Yup your heard it from me first. If you need stuff fast then they are gonna make you pay for it! So just pull out that credit card and do it if you think you MIGHT need it. That's what it's for right?
Buy your party supplies early in order to avoid problems with estimated arrival times. All orders will be shipped to the address you provide on ETSY. Please notify me if your shipping address is different than the one you put on the order. We will make every effort to change the address. Sometimes there is a lag time between emails and shipping and we may not catch the change but we will our best. to Once an item has shipped it is now in the shippers hands. If an item gets lost or delayed please contact the company that has your item. Once shipped the postal service/fed ex or UPS is now responsible for getting the item to you. I cannot see any more information than you do on the tracking side of things. The postal services phone number if 1-800-275-8777 if you would like to see if you can get more information on your package.
The postal serivce does NOT guaranteed delivery times on first class (generally 3-5 days), priority mail (generally 2-3) or parcel select (can take up to two weeks). The only service they guarantee times on is EXPRESS mail. which is 1-2 days. Before you buy any upgraded shipping service, please note your item will not be shipped until the next day (excluding weekends) unless you make prior arrangements with me.
If you need a rush custom order please verify I can make the order in time. Please don't assume it will ship any sooner than what is shown on your order. If you need help deciding what shipping service to use I will gladly help you.
Please note that I do not automatically ship with insurance. If your package shows delivered but you did not receive it please contact the company responsible for delivery immediately to file a claim. Since I am not the one actually delivering the order I cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. I will not reship or refund these lost, stolen, or misplaced orders unless you have purchased insurance for your package. A claim must be filed to get your money back. If you wish to add insurance to your order please contact us for a quote.
DOMESTIC ************** All Domestic orders will be shipped USPS mail.
I will not be held responsible for packages lost in the mail or through another shipping serivce. If you would like your package insured, please contact me before purchasing an item, and I will adjust the shipping cost.
INTERNATIONAL ********************* I will ship all International orders under $100.00 via USPS First Class mail. Please note that this service may take an unspecified time to arrive and does not include tracking. The buyer is responsible for any customs fees, duties due upon delivery, and shipments lost in the mail. Unfortunately insurance is cost prohibited on International shipping, so I am unable to issue refunds on lost shipments unless you choose to pay additional for insurance.
If you wish to have your international package tracked, please contact me to arrange a quote for Priority or Express Mail shipping.

Most of my items are custom made to order and usually I have already started making your item for you once you have paid. Therefore I cannot offer refunds. I will try to cancel but it's rare that we haven't started production on an order so usually we cannot refund. Please order ahead of time to avoid getting your items late.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
Refunds and returns are not possible due to the fragile nature of my product and custom products cannot be returned. Sometimes it is best to purchase a sample to make sure you are happy with the product before buying a large lot.
I cannot offer refunds when colors that are not exact as each monitor is set differently. If you want to exchange a non custom item, you must as for a return authorization before shipping back your item. I do not pay return shipping. Item must be sent back unopened in original condition. If it comes back damaged or used we cannot exchange the time. If you want it back, please send us a label to ship it back to you postage paid.
There are no warranties or guarantees on my items. Colors vary by computer and setting so it's very difficult to get an exact match. If you need to be exact then please contact me and I can get a sample from you. We do not ship out on weekends unless you have made previous arrangements.
