Unless noted otherwise, your item(s) will be placed in a box or organza jewelry bag ready for gift giving. Your item will then be carefully shipped in a protective bubble mailer or box depending on package size.

SHIPPING RATES: Items are normally shipped within 24-48 hours of receiving payment, except on weekends and Holidays. If we are unable to ship to you within that time for whatever reason, we will email you with an expected ship date.

Please note: I ship to the address you have listed on your Etsy account unless you provide me with an alternative shipping address either through the Contact tab or through the Notes to Seller section upon checkout. I will not be responsible for items shipped to an incorrectly listed address.

I'm very sorry, but I cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once your item is shipped, it is completely out of my hands. For your peace of mind, I highly recommend purchasing insurance on your items. Please contact me before purchase and I will give you a quote and adjust your shipping fee accordingly. U.S.: All purchases are shipped USPS First Class. If you wish to have the piece shipped by some other method, please convo your desires and I will invoice you for the difference.

INTERNATIONAL: I ship internationally. I use the ETSY address for International buyers. No insurance on International orders unless requested. International orders ship 1-2 times per week. When shipping outside the United States, I have no way of tracking the package once it leaves the U.S., so I cannot be responsible for lost packages.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

I do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as “gifts”. U.S. and international government regulations prohibit such behavior.

I want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your item. We will then make arrangements for a refund or an exchange. I refund 100% of the purchase price minus the original shipping cost. The item must be repackaged and returned in the same condition it was received. Buyer is responsible for the return postage. I will issue a credit to your account after I receive the returned item(s). Also, I would really appreciate it if you would contact me before leaving feedback if you're unhappy with your item.
