This small animal bone assortment includes. Partial beaver skull, two beaver jaw bones (both lefties), deer jaw bones, possum jaw bones and shoulder blade, deer vertebra, rabbit hip bone, part of the upper jaw of a raccoon skull and assorted other bones. What you see is what you get.
It's a pretty interesting assortment of bones for maybe a shadow box, nature display. Or to make jewelry from. Can be carved or painted as well. Bones have been professionally cleaned and sterilized. All animals died of natural causes. Save for the beaver, which was harvested with humane and legal trapping practices.
The deer jaw bone is the longest, being approx 7 inches by 4 inches in size.

Shipping & policies
Shipping prices are based upon the weight of the item/s shipped and packing material used. As well as over all size of the box item/s are shipped in. Over sized boxes (bigger then, 12" X 12" by 8". Or number 7 Priority boxes...) will cost more in shipping. Please be aware of this...
I will send you the tracking information upon shipping. All items I ship will have tracking numbers. But having them insured is up to you.
If there is a delay. Please refer to your tracking number and local post office first. Before you contact me. There may of been an "attempt to deliver" and the item maybe just sitting at your local post office. If you loose your tracking number. I keep sales records and will have it on file. I can also look up the tracking for you if you can't for whatever reason. However, once an item leaves my hands and is in the postal system. I am not responsible for shipping delays, lost, stolen, or damaged goods. Nor am I, by law, responsible for postage refunds. Please inspect your item/s at the post office and take any damages up with them ( i.e. file a claim). Priority does automatically insure it's boxes for $50.00. And Express for $100.00.
However, you have to have insured mail through one shipping method or the other. To be able to file a claim to get your postage back. And have to open them in front of a postal employee, as a witness. It is very important you keep the original box, packing material and all forms/paperwork. To file a claim.
I was informed by my postmaster that if international shipments are sent regular mail and not insured. ( Insured, being sent either as Express or Priority.) They sometimes can no longer be tracked once they leave the US. And attempts to find them will come up as "unavailable". I strongly advise if you are outside the US, to have your items insured. International shipments will sometimes take 4-6 weeks or better. It depends on the availability of shipping containers. When things leave our ports. Despite what the postal service may say, expect delays. Also, again, if you do not insure your package/s. You can not get your postage back from the postal system if something goes wrong. Please be aware of this.
Ways of shipment are optional. Please contact me if you prefer another method not listed. Or if there are any questions.
Be aware of your country's customs. Some countries do not allow organic material due to their laws. If such an item is returned to me because it was caught in customs. I will notify you and refund you for just the price of the item/s. Postage, the postal service gets. And once an item is shipped I am not responsible by law to refund postage. You will have to take that up with your postal carrier.
(However, and again I stress. I am not responsible for shipping delays, lost, stolen or broken merchandise. Please take that up with your local postal carrier. Once your order leaves my hands and is in the postal system. There isn't much I can do about delays or lost items. Issues with shipping are not my fault. (Refrain from accusations that somehow it is.)
If a case is opened against me asking for a refund. And tracking says the item is at your post office or in the system in route. I will let the Etsy Administration decide the out come. (See Sellers Protection Plan.) Because how do I not know if I refund you, you won't just go to your post office and pick it up? And then get something for nothing? I expect honesty from my customers, as they expect it from me. I also expect you to act like an adult and be civil in the matter.
Refrain from trying to bully or attempt to insult my intelligence. I will report any of that behavior to Etsy as well.
I prefer payments through Paypal. At firstname.lastname@example.org. And within 10 days after purchase. Please pay promptly to avoid delays.

The item/s you see listed are what you will be getting. Unless stated differently in the description. Please read the descriptions fully. So if for any reason you are not satisfied with my artwork or findings. You can return goods for a refund on the merchandise (only), within 14 days. ITEM MUST BE RETURNED TO GET A REFUND... Please make me aware of your wishes. Especially if you are outside of my country. Don't just send something back and expect me to know what's going on. (Postage, the postal service gets and all those claims have to be taken up with them. I strongly stress you get your item insured so you can get your postage back.)
If an order is cancelled before it is sent. I will give you a full refund (for merchandise and postage).

However, and again, I am not responsible for losses or damage caused by the postal service. Be aware, If an item is sent "Priority mail" is is automatically insured for $50.00. And if sent by Express, insured also automatically, for $100.00. Regardless of the value of the merchandise.

I'm sorry the information on shipping is so long and seems kind of drastic. But been at this long enough to know some people are dishonest and rude. I won't tolerate bad behavior. Especially when shipping information is usually so readily available. Please be aware of all the laws and by-laws associated with the USPS, Etsy and Customs.
