Item details
Sorry, we couldn't translate this to English.

Iris Pseudocorus or aquatic iris.

Bright yellow flowers with the typical iris shape but with non-bearded outer edges.

Flowering in May

100-150 cm height, upright bearing.

It bears very well water stagnation and can often be noticed in fallow ditches or at the edges of natural canals.

It can also be transplanted into the ground if you do not deprive it of water for too many weeks.

It is however very resistant to drought having as nutritional reserve the rhizome.

Elegant and charming for its high and slender bearing.

The plants are part of a personal collection, for hobbies and great passion in the selected time, multiplied and cultivated by me, in a natural way and without forcing.

The photo published is of a plant in bloom along a canal.

The Iris is a rhizomatous plant that can be transplanted at any time of the year if it is free of flowers and bare root.

The rhizomes are taken at the last moment by the mother plant and shipped to the bare root with their leaves topped with tips to facilitate the transplant.

The price refers to a rhizome of about 6 cm.

Warning: To prevent plants from remaining in storage, shipping takes place from Monday to Wednesday
