♦ We ship from SINGAPORE. Orders are shipped within 2 working days of receiving payment.
♦ Orders will be shipped to address as per the Etsy transaction email. If you would like us to ship to another address, please indicate.
♦ It normally takes between 4-14 working days(Sat, Sun, and holidays not included) depending on your location. - To the US, UK, Germany and Canada - between 8-12 working days - To Asia - 4-6 working days - Rest of Europe - 8-14 working days
♦ The time of delivery is estimated and there might be delays sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances. We seek your understanding in this matter. If you still do not receive your order in 3-4 weeks' time, please let us know.
♦ France and Italy will be shipped via registered airmail. A signature is needed. For all other countries, we ship via normal mail. If you would like it registered (you would have to sign for it), please choose "Mail with Signature" from the shipping upgrade.
♦ Shipping fees include postage, packing materials and handling fees. We try if possible to recycle. We do recycle bubble wraps from suppliers and boxes that we have or can find.
♦ We only accept payment through Paypal for international buyers. Singapore buyers can pay us through bank transfer if you want. Convo us for the rates.
♦ Payment has to be made within 3 days of puchase. Prices are as it is, there is no additional tax.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders
Perishable products (like food or flowers)
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
♦ We will NOT be responsible for any loss of mail sent through normal mail.
♦ Should there be any broken items, please contact us within 2 days of receiving items. Photos must be provided as proof. We'll do our best to send replacement if stocks are available. If not, an alternative can be worked out.
