Returns & exchanges
If the physical goods are damaged upon arrival you may be eligible to a replacement or refund.
Please contact on Etsy or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org entitled "Refund or Replacement Inquiry" and provide the following below:
- product name - detail of the damage on the product - photographic evidence of the damaged product in question

* Note that some products are not replace able as we have a limited production of a single product in stock.
