We only charge a single Shipping cost and absolutely no secondary shipping.

International Customers must bear all Custom Duties in their respective countries.

UPGRADE: $7 For a small sum, International customers can get the peace of mind by purchasing Insurance for their whole order. It is a single $7 irrespective of how many items.

All International Orders will be sent by AIRMAIL with no Insurance and Tracking.

All domestic Orders will be sent by normal 1st or 2nd class post by Royal Mail with no insurance or tracking.

Your order will contain an invoice with the return address should you need it. Please do not ask us to make any sort of false declaration on the customs form.

If you tick "Gift" when checking out your invoice will not include the price of the item. The item WILL NOT be gift wrapped. But if it is sent internationally then the amount will be declared and the recipient may have to pay tax/duty on the said item. The customs form will not be marked as gift .


Payments

All payment must be thru PAYPAL. Customers are responsible for taxes/duty/vat in their respective countries. None of these are included in your purchase or shipping cost. It is always best to find out in advance prior to purchase how much of tax will need to be paid so that you don't get a shock and faint when you are asked for payment.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Additional return information
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you have 7 days within which you must return the said item (14 days for EU Customers). It must be sent back in exactly the same condition you received it and WE MUST BE INFORMED BEFORE AN ITEM IS SENT BACK.

There is absolutely no refund for Original or Return Shipping unless it was our mistake and we sent you the wrong item or the item in question has been totally damaged.If an item is received damaged you must send us a convo within 24hours of receiving the item. In case of damage, all packaging must be kept so that if a claim need to be lodged we will need it as evidence.

Items must be received in the same manner you received them. Gemstones cannot be taken off the strand and strands cannot be cut. All free gifts must be returned with the order for a refund. We photograph all items before they are dispatched.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS..... When sending an item back you must write on the package "RETURN TO SENDER NO COMMERCIAL VALUE" Because if you don't and we end up with a tax/duty as a result then we may have to deduct from the amount. You must enclose the invoice that we have sent you with your order. This is incase customs opens it. On it must be written RETURN TO SENDER FOR REFUND. NO COMMERCIAL VALUE.

EU CUSTOMERS...... You have 14 days within which to cancel a sale for a refund. If you receive an item damaged you must inform us within 24hrs with photos of the damage. In such cases please do not throw the packaging away. All items leave us in perfect condition and photos are taken before dispatched. For EU customers in case of refund once the item has been received you will receive a FULL REFUND which includes the original shipping (no refund on upgraded shipping like special delivery or recorded delivery). Refund is for only normal shipping cost. The return shipping cost must be borne by the buyer.

FOR ALL BUYERS............If you do not agree with our policy please do not purchase from us. We will always try to work with you. But we will not tolerate any sort of abuse or you will be reported. If you do not purchase tracking there is no way to track the item, not because we are trying to be difficult but because we really cannot track it . So for peace of mind , it is always better to upgrade to include tracking. Refund can only be issued once we receive the item. Use appropriate shipping which includes tracking for your benefit. Kindly remember that the buyer is responsible for the return cost of shipping. It is the duty of the buyer to make sure that importing jewellery/gemstones into their respective country is allowed.

Please note that we are not gemologist but only re sellers. We take the word of our suppliers as to what the stones in questions are and what treatment they have had. As we are all humans mistakes can occur. Stones may have been labelled wrongly not intentionally. If you suspect that ,please inform us ASAP and tell us why you think so. Where we suspect quartz to be manmade or lab grown we will tell you so. A certificate from a reputable lab would be the best. In such circumstances we would put things right.

All our products are meant to be used by adults only and not by children.
